Please see below for our school term dates and holiday periods. We ask families to check these dates carefully before booking holidays or making other arrangements.

In line with government guidance, holidays during term time cannot normally be authorised. The Headteacher may approve a leave of absence only in exceptional circumstances, and each request will be considered individually. A family holiday, its cost or the availability of particular travel arrangements would not usually be considered exceptional.

Parents and carers must request any leave of absence in advance using the school’s application form. Unauthorised absence may result in a penalty notice or other legal action being taken by the local authority.

Regular attendance is essential to children’s learning, wellbeing and future success. We therefore strongly encourage families to arrange holidays, appointments and other commitments outside the school term wherever possible.
