BREAKFAST WITH THE EASTER BUNNY
Our PTA have organised 'Breakfast with the Easter Bunny' on Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd March at 8.00am.
It will take place in the Junior Hall and children will receive breakfast, a meeting with the Easter Bunny and a Creme Egg.
Tickets will be on sale from Monday 12th March at a cost of £3 each.

For next week only, Miss Lawes' class swimming lesson will be taking place in the morning instead of the afternoon.
Therefore, on Tuesday 13th March, could you please ensure your child arrives at school no later than 8.40am with their full swimming kit. They will then walk to Merchant Taylor's with staff to attend the morning session.
On Tuesday 20th March, their swimming lesson will be in the afternoon as normal.

PARENT'S EVENING
Dear Parents / Carers
Due to the extreme weather conditions and the promise of more to come, tonight's Parents' Evening has been cancelled. The re-scheduled Parents' Evening will take place on Thursday 15th March instead. All appointment times will remain the same.
If you have not yet booked a parent's evening appointment, please take this opportunity to do so by contacting the school office or seeing your child's class teacher at the end of the day.

A reminder that World Book Day is tomorrow, Thursday 1st March. All pupils are welcome to come into school dressed as their favourite book character. This is optional, not compulsory. When choosing a book character costume, please be mindful of the very cold weather!
If your child does not wish to dress up as a book character then they should wear their full school uniform as normal. Please, no football kits.

YOUNG VOICES DVD
Dear Parents / Carers
A reminder that should you wish to purchase a copy of the Young Voices Concert on DVD then we require all orders and monies to be received in school no later than FRIDAY 23rd FEBRUARY.
The DVD is available at a special reduced price of £9.99 if ordered through the school. Any orders received after Fri 23rd Feb will have to be placed direct through the Young Voices' website and DVD's will then cost £12.99.

Unfortunately, due to poor ticket sales, our KS2 Valentine's Disco has been cancelled. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

YEAR 6 PLAZA TRIP

We are planning to take Year 6 pupils to the Plaza on Friday 26 January in the morning to watch 'Island on Bird Street'. This film is a 12A and links in with Holocaust Memorial week.
We plan to take all pupils, however, if you DO NOT wish for your child to watch this film, please contact the school office or advise your child's class teacher at your earliest convenience.

ASD 4 Pupils - Trip to the Beach - Tuesday 18th July
Pupils from ASD4 will be going to the Beach tomorrow, Tuesday 18th July. Please ensure your child brings a packed lunch and sun cap. Pupils can wear their own clothes. We would be most grateful if could apply suncream before your child comes to school. If your child has a bucket and spade and wants to bring them in that's fine.
